運用行為改變技術改善學生故意遺尿情況

摘要
學生以「故意遺尿」的行為,作為表達不開心、逃避工作、宣洩不滿、挑戰權威等等的手段,若未能及時有效處理,學生將會變本加厲,學得以不當的方法而使自己的意願得逞,可能引發另一種行為問題。相反,若能成功解決學生這行為問題,或可引用至解決學生其他故意破壞性的行為。
本研究嘗試探討採用行為改變技術中的消弱及增強的方法,看看是否能幫助嚴重弱智學生改善故意遺尿的不良行為及能提高示意如廁的能力與有所排出的良好行為。
Some
students adopt the behaviour of “deliberate urinating” as a
means to express their state of being unhappy, to escape from work and to challenge the authority. If the problem is not
taken care of effectively and in a timely way, the behaviour of these students will be reinforced and students will be encouraged to make use of inappropriate means to
make their intentions work. As such, it may lead to another
sort of behavioural problem. On the other hand, if it is successful in
resolving this behavioural problem of the student, it may help to
resolve other behavioural problems. This research paper attempts to investigate if
adopting reducing and reinforcing methods of “Behavior Modification Technique”
will help improve the undesirable behavior of “deliberate urinating”, and enhance the students’ ability to signify toileting and the related desirable behaviour.
