Message from the Editorial Board

In order to better match the pattern of paper submission, the Editorial Board has decided to change the publication date of the Hong Kong Special Education Forum from December to March with immediate effect. It has also removed the number serial from the Cover to reflect the one-issue-a year policy. As a result, the current issue represents a combined edition of our 2005 and 2006 issues and is serialized only as "Volume 8".
