摘要

文化哲學是一種以人爲本的世界觀、方法論和思維方式。站在文化哲學的視野審視與思考全納教育，開拓了一個嶄新的全納教育思維空間，爲全納教育提供了新的文化哲學理念；同時，全納教育的文化創新品格也帶來了一種新的教育文化形態----全納文化。

Cultural philosophy is a kind of people-oriented global outlook, methodology and thinking mode. We view inclusive education form the perspective of cultural philosophy. A new horizon in thought process is opened up. It brings forth a new cultural concept for inclusive education. This innovative cultural dimension of inclusive education also beings forth a new cultural ideology -- an inclusive culture.
